Loomis Express will accept payment on delivery for your shipped goods. Simply enter the amount on the Return Cheque waybill and make it payable to the sender and we'll pick up a cheque, post-dated cheque, certified cheque, bank draft or money order before releasing the shipment to the receiver. In the event that the payment transaction process is rendered incomplete, Loomis Express' liability will be limited to a refund of the charges paid for the Return Cheque service. An additional surcharge of $11.00 applies.
Dangerous goods pose some form of danger to people, animals, the environment, or the carrier, so our certified experts ensure they're handled safely.

Shipment of Dangerous Goods is subject to Loomis Express' Terms and Conditions and applicable legislation (including International Air Transport Association ('IATA') Regulations and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act). An additional charge of $30.00 will apply to each Dangerous Goods shipment."
If the law or customer policy requires security control, you can use a chain of signatures to track your shipment every step of the way. An additional charge of $8.00 per shipment will apply.
You may not require a scheduled daily pickup if you only ship packages occasionally. Call 1-855-2LOOMIS (1-855-256-6647) and notify us whenever your package is ready and we'll pick it up that same day.
Loomis Express offers a complete customs clearance service to our customers and our representatives know exactly what documentation and clearance procedures are required by customs.
Loomis Express will ship returned goods from your customer's location back to your warehouse through a simple online request for an additional charge of $2.00. Should Loomis Express be "unable to pick-up" an e-Returns shipment, a $5.00 additional charge will be applied.
With Loomis Shipment Value Protection you can protect the shipments you value most. The amount declared is the amount necessary to repair or replace a shipment/piece in the event of physical loss or damage. In the Shipment Value Protection (S.V.P.) box, a liability surcharge per $100.00 of the valuation or part thereof will apply to all shipments. If there is no value entered in the S.V.P. box, "NIL" must be indicated on the waybill. All shipments with a declared value exceeding $2,500 (to a maximum of $5,000) must have a pre-authorization Special Agreement Number, obtained from the local Loomis Express branch Customer Service 1-855-2LOOMIS (1-855-256-6647) prior to shipping. This number is to appear in the Special Agreement box on the waybill (refer to section 15 of the Loomis Express Terms and Conditions).
To ensure your fragile shipments are handled with care, clearly indicate "FRAGILE" on the waybill. No claim against fragile shipments will be entertained unless the description on the waybill clearly indicates fragile. This service is subject to an additional fee of 50% of the standard shipping rate.
With Loomis Delivery Duty Options, you have the maximum flexibility to select your own terms of trade. Arrange to pay duties and taxes so the consignee doesn't have to, allows the consignee to pay for duties and taxes so your only responsibility is the cost of shipping or bill duties and taxes to a third party. Available in 220 countries with Loomis Express Worldwide and Loomis Import Express Worldwide.
Our Duties & Taxes Paid (DTP) optional service allows the invoicing of duties and taxes to the shipper or third party. Loomis Express will clear the shipment at destination, pay customs and invoice the duties to the designated billing account. An additional surcharge of $15.00 will apply.
